Sarah is an experienced personal trainer based in Beaulieu, specialising in Strength & Conditioning and Running. She is extremely passionate about helping people find their love for fitness and improving their physical and mental health. She will help to educate you in terms of your training, nutrition, mastering your mindset and becoming the best version of yourself.
Services include 1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training, Indoor Bootcamp (Group Class), Run Club, and Walking Group.
