Aiki Shotokan Karate offer self defence and karate training for adults and children over 5 years old. We train at various locations throughout the week with 3 sessions at Beaulieu Community Centre: Wednesday evening 6-7:30pm, Saturday morning 9:30-11am, and Sunday morning 9:30-11am.
