CGCT acts as a keystone resource to facilitate community development. It is a valuable venue for many diverse groups that deliver a range of user-led activities creating opportunities for social, leisure and personal development.
Calling All Creatives…
Here at Beaulieu Community Centre, we are keen to open our doors again after such a long time being closed. We are working on ensuring we can reopen in line with government ‘Covid-secure’ guidelines, and we are aiming to open up as the September school term begins.
In the meantime, we will be open for a free (and socially distanced) art event on the weekend of August 1st and 2nd. We are proud to display a range of art created by various members of the local community.
We are still accepting submissions, which is also free. We are open Fridays between 9:30-11:30am if you wish to drop something off in person; just remember to add your contact details on the back of your work. Alternatively, you can email us photos of your art and we can print them on A4 to display on your behalf.
This is an exhibition for anyone, of any ability and any age. We just want to show off some of the amazing pieces that have been created during lockdown.
Remember to visit our website for updates on our reopen as they happen, and you can also find links on there to follow our social media pages too.
We’ll meet again… very soon!
